We believe in breakfast feasting and with so much fresh local produce on offer we want to introduce you to Cappadocia's homemade flavours. Yilmaz's mum makes our selection of jams and preserves which change with whatever produce is in season at the moment. She's also the cook behind our homemade local cheese.
As well as these treats our breakfast always includes homemade pancakes, a variety of different cereals, fresh fruit, a selection of different breads, and the Turkish breakfast staples of eggs, cold meat, olives, and salad vegetables.
Breakfast also includes a variety of fruit juice, tea, and French Press coffee.
We know you sometimes want to sleep in while on holiday so Taşkonak breakfast runs from 8am to 11am - perfect if you want a quick snooze after an early morning balloon flight.
